The company is Terry + small human team + human-triggered AI agents. Agents assist with research, planning, implementation, testing, consulting, finance, and sales, but humans make irreversible decisions.

  • Teammate owners review their department's outputs before irreversible action.
  • Agents never send external emails, invoices, contracts, or releases without human approval.
  • Significant decisions must be logged with who decided, date, decision, and reason.
