Operating Model¶
The company is Terry + small human team + human-triggered AI agents. Agents assist with research, planning, implementation, testing, consulting, finance, and sales, but humans make irreversible decisions.
Core operating rules:
- Use Launch Kit v0 as the internal launch artifact before soft launch.
- Use Agile Gates and Token Budgets for meaningful work rounds.
- Use Workflows for department handoffs and human approval points.
- Use Startup Readiness to separate first-sale essentials from later maturity work.
- Sales owns both offense and marketing-defense in v1 through Sales Offense and Defense.
Governance Principles¶
- Terry owns company direction, client relationships, and final approval for client-facing releases.
- Teammate owners review their department's outputs before irreversible action.
- Agents never send external emails, invoices, contracts, or releases without human approval.
- Significant decisions must be logged with who decided, date, decision, and reason.
Current Strategic Gaps¶
The company can build internal systems now, but before first external sale it needs:
- Clear ICP and target customer
- Service packages and pricing guidance
- Proposal/SOW template
- Legal/admin basics
- Practical security/privacy rules
- Sales defense assets such as website, intro deck, case-study template, and FAQ
- Delivery handoff and support expectations
