Work-Round Budget Support¶
Use Agile Gates and Token Budgets for per-round token estimate bands.
Finance tracks monthly spend and alerts Terry when:
- A department is near its monthly target.
- A department exceeds its monthly cap.
- An
XLwork round is proposed without explicit approval. - Repeated retries are turning a small task into a large cost.
