Rules

  • Agents draft only; humans send external messages.
  • Each lead draft should use a lowercase, hyphenated filename.
  • Keep the latest usable draft near the top of each lead page.
  • Add context: lead, company, stage, purpose, and next action.
  • Link back to Sales Pipeline when a draft is tied to an active lead.

Draft Types

Type Use
Initial outreach First message to a prospect
Follow-up Reminder after no response or after a meeting
Objection response Reply to a specific concern or blocker
Proposal note Short message accompanying scope or pricing
Revival Reopening an old or on-hold lead
