Outreach Drafts¶

Workspace for Sales agent outreach and follow-up drafts.
Rules¶
- Agents draft only; humans send external messages.
- Each lead draft should use a lowercase, hyphenated filename.
- Keep the latest usable draft near the top of each lead page.
- Add context: lead, company, stage, purpose, and next action.
- Link back to Sales Pipeline when a draft is tied to an active lead.
Draft Types¶

| Initial outreach | First message to a prospect |
| Follow-up | Reminder after no response or after a meeting |
| Objection response | Reply to a specific concern or blocker |
| Proposal note | Short message accompanying scope or pricing |
| Revival | Reopening an old or on-hold lead |
