Internal Launch Case Study Draft¶
Title: Building AI Company's Launch Kit v0 with the AI Company workflow.
Situation: AI Company had an operating model and wiki, but needed a commercial front door for soft launch.
Problem: Without ICP, packages, pricing, and proof assets, outreach would be vague and hard to trust.
Approach: Use the internal launch workflow to create Launch Kit v0, including ICP hypothesis, service packages, pricing bands, intro page outline, FAQ, proposal/SOW, and readiness gate.
Output: TBD after Launch Kit v0 is complete.
Result: TBD after first internal review.
